Our Programs
Teen Speed & Track Development
Speed development, long jump training, and preparation for school season. We improve running technique, speed, strength, and coordination while building a solid foundation for spring school competitions (February-May). Individual approach within group training.
Run & Play Mini Camp
Game-based training and sports activities. 1.5 hours of running technique and physical development through games, followed by a snack and 1 hour of active sports games.
